Power outage for over 6hrs with promises of restoration in between quoted at 3 different times is unacceptable. My food in my fridge should be replaced. Worse power company EVER!!!!!

Ridiculous! Call because your money is tight and when trying to work something out in regards to your bill your offered basically no help at all! Then they wonder why there company caries so much debt! No wonder people steal power or run insane power bills let you shut it off and turn it right back on in someone elses name!

If I could leave negative star reviews I would. Customer service is horrible. Awful. Called back twice. Both horrible customer service agents. Evergy should not SHAME people for their energy usage especially when I am doing everything I can to conserve energy in my tiny, small rental home.

Been on the phone for the third time for over 15 minutes waiting on hold. who has time to sit on the phone while you are at work? I am paying them for their product, but cannot even find a way to speak to someone.....just awful!
