I took my dog here for years. I typically got good service when we had our appointments. My dog was then diagnosed (by them) with heart failure. She lived another year and a half (lucky us) but when the awful day came when she was passing away, I called them to assist with putting her down to stop her struggling and they refused to help. Mind you, we had discussed what the plan would be when the time came. When we called to get her in, they said “we have other pets with appointments and can’t help you”. And that it didn’t matter she was an established patient….How can a pet who is a patient for YEARS not be seen by their vet even when the vet can hear your dog struggling to breathe when you’re on the phone with them? It was the most awful and most painful moment I had and my dogs vet couldn’t help? THATS AWFUL. To make matters worse, they continued to send me appointment reminders by mail and texts after I contact them FOUR different times that she had passed away and to please stop sending reminders. We even tried to talk to the “manager” who just happens to be gone every single time we called. Going forward, I will be taking my pets somewhere my vet can “make time” for a life or death situation and know how to make notes in my pets chart when they pass……

Friendly, above and beyond staff! Took great care of Coors and felt like they genuinely cared about him! Great communication and front desk is super helpful with sending over records ASAP!

Olympic veterinary clinic is one of the best. They walked me through all the costs at each visit and still give me advice even though we’ve moved away! I feel that they genuinely love my boy. I appreciate their patience and kindness. Especially in moments when I'm panicking and upset. My sweet boy has had a lot of problems. But he's now in wonderful shape from being in the good hands of this clinic. I'm very happy with my decision to switch clinics when Olympic Veterinary Clinic opened. That decision changed my boy's life for sure!
