With no advance warning, by bill-note-call-etc., and in spite of having a current (non-arrears) payment arrangement, our service was cut off, after KCPL business hours..... We paid the entire bill (immediately), and STILL could not get the service back on..... Until, "sometime, tomorrow....". Bill, paid.....and, no service... Ruined food, and a sick husband..... Oh, and an apology for the glitch........ What

I've been trying to get ahold of someone to help with the large bill I received after moving out of my apartment. I finally had someone call back and he hangs up on me during the call. There's no way to call back because it just routes me through the menu. Ridiculous.

Just because they are employed by Evergy doesn't mean that they can repair the power outage. Would you send the janitor to remove your appendix,they both work at KU medical center
