Evergy in general is a scam! They can't answer simple questions about your bill and have some sort of "other" category that is generally the majority of your bill. Probably cheaper to just get solar than use Evergy.

It's says there open 8-5 Saturday and Sunday. I went to pay for a work order, no one was there. Disappointing, that the hours posted do not match reality.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE on phone, will try a real person because they took my money but applied it to a different person's bill. 4th attempt to resolve this issue.
