Pokesan now has me as a customer for life. I ordered delivery from them last week (as I often order from them at least once a week due to my strict diet and their excellent quality of food) and they (or the Uber Eats driver, not sure) forgot my tea. I love their tea, not a huge deal, it happens. Got a partial refund from Uber Eats and that was that. Ordered from them today, and got everything I ordered AND a nice little surprise. It blew me away that they remembered they forgot my tea last week, and they wrote a very generous note and included FREE crab rangoon. Excellent food, first in class customer service. I will definitely be back, you all have earned a permanent customer. Please share this with your staff. And if you’re looking for poke bowls in Kansas City, need I say more? This is THE spot. UPDATE 9.26.2022: my coworkers and I all ordered from Pokisan on Friday and once again, amazing experience! They loved the food and thanks once again to Pokisan for the free crab Rangoon! 😎❤️

Everyone here at the office is now ordering from PokeSan because they took care of our guy Danny Minick. It has become so rare that businesses remember their customers. Us as a local business want to support businesses that do things like that. They remembered they forgot an Ice Tea off of an order from last week, so hooked my guy up with a free app. Completely unnecessary but incredibly mindful and thoughtful. Andy's putting in another order now. From the GearBrokers crew at PokeSan! Thanks. But also... That's the best-tasting crab salad I've ever had. The new spicy shrimp dumplings are the perfect heat. This will be a regular thing.

Went to this place to try their poke bowl. I was looking for a bowl that is ready to order but they don't have it on the menu. You have to create your own poke bowl. It was a bit time consuming for people like me and you don't know if your combinations would turn out great. I suggest a poke bowl that's ready to order or an option of "surprise me". I would say the price is a bit high for a small ball with a small portion of protien and bigger portion of carb/rice plus you have to self serve water, napkin and spoon. Though it tasted good and the owner was nice the prices and services could be improved.

Fast, friendly, clean. First time here, I got carry-out and it was delicious.

They closed but a new restaurant is opening there soon. While waiting, you should check out Pokesan right above it on the 2nd floor in the same building. Great service, great food, great drinks, great atmosphere.
