This hidden gem is becoming more and more popular. Located in the Westside of the crossroads of Kansas City Sauced is smack in the middle of the downtown action. The Two Hand and the Fry always satisfy. Outdoor seating is abundant and clean. This is a must.

I’ve eaten at hundred of places across the country and this is some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life. Everything tastes like it’s made from scratch, even the ketchup. Burgers were perfectly cooked, seasoned, and non greasy. The loaded fries with brisket are god-tier, and the cook was extremely nice and humble. 11/10

What are your hours? So far everytime I've walked over to try it, it's close. This last time it was uncovered, but not a soul around.

Stacy D. Smith is correct. Although unusually warm for this time of year it is still December. Hard to run an outdoor eatery in the midst of a Missouri winter.
