Why do they claim to do bottomless fries but only give you literally like 6 fries at a time with a 10-15 minute wait in between refills? Is it a joke or is it marketing targeted at making you angrily never eat at red robin?

Order fries when they seat you. Then you'll get more when you're eating with your food. And order some to go. They really are bottomless, just ask.

They give us a lot more fries and kept them coming through out our meal, you might have got a new employee
