This chain was so exciting when it started in the 80s. It was THE place to meet friends. Over the years it has lost some of the excitement for me, but it still continues to produce really good burgers and fun drinks. Reliability has its place. You can always relie on RR to be a good place to meet a friend for a drink or a good quality burger. Plastic plates and cups make it more fast casual then restaurant these days along with dusty decorations and worn corners mean 4 out 5 for me. But price, service and flavor are still 5 star.

This place has gone downhill for sure. Just 6 months ago it was always a great experience. I don’t know what changed. Management? Who knows. 6 months ago: We would be sat and they would always offer to bring us fries while we wait for the food since they are bottomless. Today, not offered. 6 months ago: We would be offered a refill of fries or kids drinks to go when we paid our bill. Today, we asked for it, and we were told “it’s frowned upon”. What!?! You guys have been offering it forever, and now you shame people for asking? Just not a great experience anymore. The food has always been overpriced for what it is, but you made up for it in service and abundance. Now you skimp and shame on refills and barely come to the table. We won’t be returning.

Normally have had really great service. However this past time took forever, the waitress never really bothered to check on us and when she did we had to wait forever for our request. I could see if they were actually busy like with a weekend but not on a Wednesday night.

I'm not writing this review in regards to the quality of the food. Red Robin's food has always been good. This review is with regards to the quality control to verify orders are correct. I understand its a new crazy time with switching to food delivery services pretty quickly but I don't feel its so new that systems can't be put in place to make sure orders go out the door correctly. Mistakes happen but my aim with this review is hopefully to get someone thinking about accuracy with deliveries. It was my birthday and I got home late from work so we decided to order red robin and I ordered chicken strips and fries and a milkshake on the count it was my birthday. When the order arrived there was no milkshake and none of the five sauces we ordered for our fries and for my chicken strips. Honestly for me its not really about the money so much as it was my birthday and enjoying some Red Robin was just about all the celebration I was going to be able to have for it. It's certainly not Red Robin's fault or responsibility to know I didn't have a great birthday but it just well....kinda sucked. What this boils down to is PLEASE! PLEASE! Verify orders are going out correctly. Set up a system where delivery people can't just grab orders with no verification or something.

You must wear a mask when you come inside they're only doing takeout food you can order ahead and they will bring your food out to you you can also go inside and place your order and then go back out to your vehicle and they will bring your food out to you but you do have to wear a mask when coming inside of the building and placing your order
Um could you ask in English?
Order fries when they seat you. Then you'll get more when you're eating with your food. And order some to go. They really are bottomless, just ask.
