Worst service I could ever get! Went in to Artistic Auto Body to have my parents car worked on. My mom Accidentally forgot her purse in the loaner vehicle when we dropped it off. Called the same day and left a voicemail. No one followed up so I called again In The morning and spoke to someone who said they’d get a hold of me once they had more info. So we drove there, Apparently the manager of the store had to take the vehicle home, but she was in meetings so she couldn’t get back to him. Once again no one followed up so I called again and they said that they were gonna have it back by 5. Fast forward to 5pm, still the manager had not gotten back and she apparently had her phone in do not disturb for 12 hours. So my mom drove from Canby to Wilsonville for someone to tell me that they hadn’t gotten the purse yet. Long story short the manager Tania said it wasn’t her fault and that it was my fault because she couldn’t get to me earlier even though I had gave them a heads up the day before. I request that Enterprise General manager give me a call to get my parents gas paid for because we drove there 2 times and the manager nor the guy that helped us early morning were any help. This is terrible service!

Jessica and her team succeeded in fulfilling my request for a specific car as I am in the process of shopping for a new car and wanted to try it out. They made the check-out and check-in processes quick and easy and I will not hesitate to return the next time I need to rent a car. I have rented from this Wilsonville location for almost 20 years and they have never failed to exceed my expectations.

Love this particular Enterprise. I've rented 3 vehicles and each time they have been professional and friendly. They clearly explain your contract, give you an actual price and no hidden fees. Vehicles are clean and well maintained and they do an inspection before you take possession of the rental and on return. Highly recommend.

Convenient location and great service. We decided to rent a car for a 3 day vacation and wanted something that would get better economy and be easier to park than our big SUV. They did not have the car we requested so they gave us the next best at no extra cost. We were very pleased with our experience and will return in the future.
