Why hasn't there been a class action lawsuit against this insurance company yet? Someone needs to tell Help me Howard about the way these people work.

I'm about to call Help Me Howard.. It's been 3 months since the car accident and they haven't called or when I call the adjuster I never get a call back and I'm thinking about the lawsuit!

This company is a complete joke. Guy slammed into me doin 60 mphwhile parked at a traffic light. Totaled my car and sent me to the hospital with injurys. Been almost 2 mths they wont even return a phone call.. Only choice at the point is to file a lawsuit immediately

I’ve had the worst experience with this company!!! Everything you state is true! They never pick up, when they do, they pass the call to the adjuster which never pocks up. My car has been 2months at a halt. I was rear ended very badly.

Worse ins company ive ever seen ..never return calls .or answer phones always recordings. And ti be on hold waitting. Hour half. To be told my car was. At a shop on dixie Toyota and they work8ng on estament .lol. Wasnt even my car or case there so uncoranated at that place always a call center. Person cant help you but will relay message. Someone will het back .ya okay what a joke

Hello, I have the same story , my car was deemed a total loss by their insurance although the cost of repair was less than 75% of the actual car value however some how 2017 Honda oddessy my dream safe van for the kids is only worth less than what I have left on the loan which is funny given the market , my friend has gieco and his total loss they sent him a check in 2 days. I’m willing to join any additional case I have all the written communication and dates of conversation--- My brother in Law in a lawyer, we are reviewing the policy details and seeing if its possible, if we do I will update the form and you are more than welcome to explain your situation to them, what they are doing is illegal for sure they are so sketchy its gotta be illegal. A company is required to operate legally and honor their policy

My story is worse especially with these horrendous people. I just need to wait on an estimate I’ve been waiting Litterally since beginning of September 2020 to now 05-27-2021 and will still be waiting. Plus that Insureence company just dropped me without probable cause. They’re probably not even running a legit business.
