AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE IN!!! I have been living here since they opened in 2021 and I love it. The management team is amazing. I was thinking about moving out but after meeting with Leo in the office I’ve decided to renew for another year. I recommend this property 100%.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived. Don’t be confused by “fine exterior” and “high-tech” butterfly remote fob thing. 1. Yes, Pomelo has sensor motion light in the hallway and that’s it. Interior is so cheap especially warping hardwood floor, when you vacuum your apartment, you will see. 2. Watch out the ceilings as well. You may also see ceiling seam crack but the management will never send people to fix that. 3. Welcome the “high-tech” part, the community gate and building gate are always broken. Then either you don’t need a fob or you use a side-door where you cannot use butterfly app, and believe me, you won’t use “butterfly” a lot. 4. No security at all. Agree with other reviews mentioned, random people tail-gate to throw a party even asking me where the pool is if the gate system is on. Most of time, the system is down, and the gate keeps open and so many Airbnbs are there. If you have a Ring on your door, you may be surprised why your next-door neighbors are changing with luggages by days. Vehicles in the parking lot spikes during Dolphins Game Days on weekends. 5. Management team is unprofessional and unhelpful. They did inspection at their free-will and neither 48-hour nor 24-hour notification. If you are in the apartment and don’t respond immediately, they will open your apartment door and just walk in. 6. If you just move down out-of-state, outside Florida, don’t pick Pomelo as your first home. I’m 100% sure you will regret as I do. 7. Good Luck!

I love living at the pomelo dont get me wrong a lot of friendly neighbors. But i will say that when it comes to security they are bad !! Random people throwing parties at the pool that you see following residents in through the gate . The front door of building #2 has been broken since august 2021. A lot of AirBNBs in the community and leasing office has no idea about them . Now with the new parking company even though you has a pomelo decal for your car if you park backwards and are not registered with them you get a green notice on your car . I just ask myself whats the point of having a pomelo parking decal if you can still get towed or have a boot put on your car . Its a lot of backwardness going on . The management team is cool they get the job done but fail to make tenants feel like they’re actually cared about and heard . I love living here but its just small details that really dont make sense . 1.) parking- why have a parking decal from the pomelo and still get written up because you’re not registered with the new company on call . 2.) security- a lot of outside people following cars through the gate and throwing parties everyday in the pool area sometimes even through late night . And front doors don't work and literally anyone can walk into the buildings .
