Ok so Im sooo not the only one with the same problem here. Its been 6 weeks and they've done absolutely nothing. My adjuster - Joann - isn't exactly the nicest person in the world and blames everything on someone else. I've been calling the secondary adjustor (the one that sees the car) for 4 days now and still haven't received a returned courtesy call from Andres either. They don't return calls or emails and frankly it's disgusting the way they treat people. They have zero disregard for their customers & their time and a lack of professionalism. See, they get in their 'working' cars and drive home at 5 but for those that have been involved in an accident, they can't do that.
I do they are terrible and they treat us like trash. They never answer and if they do all they do is yell at you at the top of their lungs and hang up on you. I am so upset!
