They don't return calls, or care about your car or you
The worst car insurance. Good luck getting in touch with an adjuster. They never return calls ever
Becsuse it is. After a crash they gave me a small settlement after totalling my car. They claimed they mailed the check but i never received it. Instead of simply cancelling it and sending another, i recrived a document that stated thatbif yhe checkbwas ever cashed I would be responsible for 3 times the amount! I was supposed yo notorize it to get my check. Who knows if they ever even sent it? I had to call yhe insurance commission to grt my check. My first call to the commission was just yo get someone to call me back about why the process was taking so long? They are really, really bad. They treat you like a criminal when, in fact, thry are. And really really rude. Car rental company wouldnt even accept them for yhe rental car.
Because when you need them to protect you they are not there. I have no interest in them, but I had a claimant that was hit by a customer with this insurance company and they never got even as much as a claims adjuster to go out there hopefully you'll get sued and shut down sooner rather than later
This company is very bad I have months waiting for the check to give me my car that was repaired and as they are investigating! Buying time not to pay is useless, be sure! Horrible insurance
Had an accident a year ago where the other party was at fault but decided to go with my insurance to pay for my repairs. Still waiting for them to reimburse me for my deductibles.
My car has been sitting in the shop for two months . I have yet to get my calls answered by my adjuster. My calls do not get returned and I am eligible for a car rental and they are still not providing it.
They gave me someones name that would handle my claim. Never can get in contact with him. Eduardo Mena, seems like a bogus guy. I have told customer service that he has an out of office message from last month and they just keep transfering me to him. Dude if you are real change your message on your phone. Its the least you can do..
Reading these opinions are horrifying! How embarrassing to have to deal with these scarecrows in society! We do not want to pay for other insurance but this is a painful reality. Who takes care of them? You have to start to find out and see what happens.
They don't answer or return calls, It is almost impossible top talk with them. We had a total loss in april 5th. UAIC answered our claim on July 25th. Causing a lot of problems to us! PLEASE DO NOT GET UAIC insurance
They are disrespectful and thieves. They do not pay. They do not answer calls. Very liars
They don't call back nor answer your calls but they surely are good to collecting your payments.. they don't care for the people not there vehicles.
I am going through the same exact thing right now. If anybody has any contact information that I can report them I would gladly do it. One of their insured rammed into the side of my car and they have given me a claim number and 1/2 asked body shop that refuses to even so much as take a picture of the damage forget getting an estimate. And yes once again they are not returning my calls and all I can get is voicemail or on hold for more than 20 minutes at a time.
