I received a call from Ivette about my car having to be released and I had so many questions and she was so helpful and Nice. everyone else I speak with at that company is always in a hurry to end my call. I think that is the best employee that insurance company has.

This company is horrible. It took them 2 months to process a claim! They cancelled my policy because my payment was due on a Sunday and I called to pay Monday morning. So you can’t pay not one day late. They are scammers and outrageously expensive. I wouldn’t recommend using them unless you don’t mind if your claim takes two months to settle.

I'm about to call Help Me Howard.. It's been 3 months since the car accident and they haven't called or when I call the adjuster I never get a call back and I'm thinking about the lawsuit!
If you feel your claim is not being handled properly contact the department of insurance for your state. File a Complaint. See how fast your call gets returned.
I agree that this lady uses her language as a discriminatory measure to verbally attack people who have some type of claim. I am willing to initiate criminal proceedings against Miss Tasha for discrimination.

Ok so Im sooo not the only one with the same problem here. Its been 6 weeks and they've done absolutely nothing. My adjuster - Joann - isn't exactly the nicest person in the world and blames everything on someone else. I've been calling the secondary adjustor (the one that sees the car) for 4 days now and still haven't received a returned courtesy call from Andres either. They don't return calls or emails and frankly it's disgusting the way they treat people. They have zero disregard for their customers & their time and a lack of professionalism. See, they get in their 'working' cars and drive home at 5 but for those that have been involved in an accident, they can't do that.

YES INDEED THERE SHOULD BEA PETITION TO CLOSE UAIG! - my Nissan Versa got into an accident on 12/2020 and was declared total loss - up to this day 9/17/2021 the claim sith the GAP CO. is still in process because they need to send additional information which they have not - we have been having to make the monthyly payments on the car loan to protect our credit score - DECEITFUL AND HORRIBLE!

They are scammers, liars, fraudulent, lacking in professionalism, shame and dignity. I imagine they have a nucleus of the communist party there, for only communists are as shameless as these people.
BBB does nothing. Honestly i dont even know why they exist. Call the department of insurance for your stateand file a DOI complaint. They send notification to the company immediately and they demand answers in a timely matter. Thats better than complaining to the BBB.
Do not pay them, report them to the florida department of insurance regulations. the company is a scam. They only take your money and not help you when the time comes file a lawsuit if you can. I am filing one against them and will be suing them

The amount of time they gave you is very short I believe it's 7 to 14 days and the late fees are usually pretty high sadly
first scan it and from there you send it to the company, if that is what you are looking for, could you be a little more explicit, when you say print it for what?
