Not sure , i personally don't work there...but i'm guessing because its not a popular selling item
That's disgusting, glad they don't serve it.
They're afraid that it might improve the smell which might cause lot lizards to go into a squirming frenzy and make the parking lot too slick for the new guys to maintain control.
It is not a frequently requested item. And product would go bad because of lack of requests. I get a request once about 7 month.
Because its nasty that's why
I say forget about that and go eat next door to la mesa reataurant... Very good mexican food...
The closest thing to liver at a Truckstop is Mr. Fuel has Brunswiger (Liverwurst Sandwiches) just add fresh onions... All Mr.Fuels have it...
Many ta and Petro do, but it may have something to do with them being more of a franchise. Petro has the same owner as Iowa 80. They have a noticeable price difference with my company discount from the two stations. I had assumed ta was not a franchise, but it would explain the menu discrepancies
Not sure, one of my personal favorites! You can usually find liver and onions at Harrahs Casino at the buffet in town.
Not popular enough to warrant it as a menu choice. Storage and spoilage issues dictate what a restaurant can serve as there are many costs in the restaurant business and, other than on alcohol, profit margins are quite small.
