If going to live concerts. They card you before and then give you a band. You will be I D in bars. Early hours kids permitted. Later hours I would say no. I do not have children though.
No, there are several restaurants in the district and we saw families. But there may be more adult behaviour in the bar areas.
Depending on where you go ... but I would say it's a good rule of thumb to be so ..
