Wow, we were blown away by this hotel!!! The price was incredible for what we got. Gorgeous rooms! Lovely staff. A little nook where you can purchase snacks, drinks, etc. The bed was So comfortable and the shower was lovely!!! Beautifuly decorated spaces. Within walking distance of great restaurants, cocktails, and the music venue that we came for! Valet parking for a reasonable price. We would love to stay here again. Only wish there was a pool!!

We used the hotel’s valet for our stay, and they significantly scratched our vehicles bumper. I have been reaching out to the hotel via email, multiple numbers and have been given the run around. I’ve been told multiple times that someone would get back to me and no one does. I would’ve had a positive stay if it wasn’t for this incident and the terrible customer service from the staff and management. There has been no effort made to reconcile the situation. Not worth the hefty price tag of the room and valet. It would’ve been better to stay in a cheaper hotel and park on the side of the street. Do not recommend. Extremely disappointed.

Nice hotel! Will almost certainly stay there again. Can't go wrong with the Crossroads District. We were happy with the suite. Great location. If you stay there, I highly recommend you also walk 2 blocks north to visit the Green Lady Lounge; really cool jazz bar. You're welcome. 👍

Just visited this weekend. The room was interesting -- in a good way. There was an exhibition case IN the room, featuring a piece of sculpture. The curtains and fixtures were also unusual, interesting and cool. The bathroom had a tub large enough for two - IN the shower, which was a selling point. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Great location in the Crossroads Art District. We would return.
