Great friendly staff. Quinten was helpful from the moment we checked in and Elizabeth took charge on the overnight with all of our extraneous needs over the weekend. Look forward to coming back. Rooms were clean and tidy, house keeping was friendly, and the water did get plenty hot (think I read someone had begged to differ). I would repeat and so should you. Great location clean and safe. Walkable to Power and Light and plenty of other more reasonable bars.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo. Beautiful decor and very clean hotel. We love the postage stamp and letter on the wall in our room. Unique and beautiful. Spacious walk in shower. Had breakfast inside Dott restaurant and it was delicious. Great hotel and restaurant staff.

Great location, within easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and attractions. Service at the front desk and valet was very friendly and helpful. I was glad to book hotel with a highly-rated bar on-site, so we were disappointed with rather cold service at Dott Boss. Rooms were very cute, spacious, and clean. If you stay here I'd recommend utilizing their valet service. Nearby garages are pricey, and some have hourly limits. With the hotel valet, you pay just one daily fee. Overall we really enjoyed our visit and would stay here again!

A beautiful hotel in downtown KC. The hotel is done in train and postage themes. Our room was a beautiful corner room with a postage stamp theme. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our best place to park for our money. We were within walking distance of The Phoenix Jazz Club and everything we wanted to see. Great area to walk around and tey some local favorites.
