Did a mobile order for chicken sandwiches. Was told at the drive thru that all of their chicken sandwiches were frozen. No apologies, didn't offer to substitute anything, very rude. Employees could not have cared less. No directions as to how I'm supposed to recieve my refund. What a joke. Last time I ever give this location a chance after many many times before where my order was missing food. Corporate needs to step in and save this sinking ship.

Last five visits they got my order wrong. Today they handed me a bag short a sandwich. When I asked they said they were out of it. What's shocking is that they didn't mention that when they handed me the bag. They didn't seem to care that they were ripping me off. It even took me more than a minute to get anyone to come back to the counter. Done with this Popeyes for good.

This Popeyes has great food, but slow service. Waited 15 minutes for a simple order that was placed online. They hadn’t even started when I got there. They need to hire more people and optimize the way they do things at this location.

this place is horrible. every time i have gone there has been some sort of made up excuse as to why i cant place an order. it is always the same person too. she worked at the Gladstone location too. its always "the guy ahead of you bout all of our chicken" or "we only have one thing" unless you have an online order. on top of which when i do get my food there is a select few times that its not what i ordered. horrible way to run a business.
