They always close their lobby early, by as much as two hours, regardless of the fact they have signs all over the store saying the lobby is open until 10.

A lot of grease with a little bit of chicken mixed in. They don't get the grease hot enough before adding the chicken. I threw away 2 pieces from a 3 piece dinner.

I figured an hr after lunch everything should be nice and hot,no go...got a 3pc dark combo,Luke warm at best,mashed potatoes, no go...very disappointed also very hungry so I ate it which usually doesn't happen especially with me dining in,yep look at that leg in the box real good,I didn't even take a bite out of it yet that's how it came....

I refuse to get the chicken here because it is always soaked in grease and old. The pot pie is consistently decent, but it is my guess that it’s because they don’t have to do anything other than some form of convection oven on it. Today it is Sunday at 5 PM and although they are supposed to be opened until 10 PM they are closed, which it seems it’s anyone’s guess as to when they choose to be open. The previous time I was here the girl behind the counter was showing everybody a video of her Twerking and expected us to say how good she was. Truly a weird experience. I believe the manager is Robert banister, and if you read this Robert I would strongly recommend getting a tighter hold on your employees.If you have other food options, I would recommend it.

The customer service is fine. The speed of service is what's horrible. To be on a major intersection of Kansas City. They run out of chicken and pot pies way too much. Not sure if this is just poor management of this store, lack of training of employees by management, or horrible training of management by KFC...... 😕
Sometimes the lobby isn't even open for lunch. I'm guessing they can't keep good employees.
Last time i went into that lobby I waited 40 minutes when I asked what was taking so long they told me they didnt have mashed potatoes for a famous bowl and they had to cook them... I then watched someone put the potatoes in the microwave. I asked for my money back and was ignored until I had called the police on the phone they wouldnt respond or give me my money back. This kfc is the worst. Dont ever go there.
