The customer service is fine. The speed of service is what's horrible. To be on a major intersection of Kansas City. They run out of chicken and pot pies way too much. Not sure if this is just poor management of this store, lack of training of employees by management, or horrible training of management by KFC...... 😕
The cashier only took one order at a time when the lobby was full. Spent 20 minutes on my lunch break standing in line. Employees had bad customer service for the price of the food.
I love going there they treat me with respect and nice and courtesy I love that store and the manager and the co-workers as well
It does have good a bad moments.
