After spending 3 nights at another hotel in the city we decided to stay a extra night and enjoy the pool and area. Thanks so much to Jonathan for getting us checked in with great accommodations! Awesome pool, lounge and very comfortable bed. Also thanks to Kim at the bar and Don in the concierge room! Great stay. Will be back again when in town. Ross & Andria

My husband and I, had a date night 7/9/22. When we arrived they were pretty busy. MICHAEL who checked us in at the front desk was nothing but amazing. He was fun, personable, great smile, great personality, knowledgeable and much more. I truly will book another stay because he was that amazing. Our hotel room was wonderful, no complaints. When we checked out Michael asked was everything up to our standards. (of course) great customer services. Michael thank you for making our date night amazing. We hope to see you again.

I grew up going to this hotel when it was the Alameda Plaza and loved it then and love it now. My mother passed away 4 years ago and is buried in KC, MO. My husband and I decided to come and to make a weekend and drive to KC to visit her grave and make a fun weekend get away and enjoy the Plaza. Originally we were going to stay 2 nights, but ran into a problem with the cemetery not being open on Saturdays. We had to extend our stay and was worried about not being able to as the Cleveland Guardians were staying there along with a volley ball tournament going on. But it wasn't a problem and they not only found us a room, but a bigger suit. They moved our luggage and accommodated us with amazing service. Everyone who works there were gracious and lovely. There is one of the bartenders that took the cake. We told her about what we were doing and asked if she knew of any florist near by as I wanted flowers to put on my mothers grave. She told me to wait a minute and then she brought my a vase full of the most beautiful lily's to use. She was amazing and we loved her. So friendly and out going you can tell she loves her job! Thank you it was a great experience and we plan on coming back there!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and saw a mouse on two different occasions. The first night here, our group saw a mouse running across the room, the maintenance made it seem casual. On the fourth night, I spotted a mouse in my room and had our group come into try and chase it out. It ran across the room, through clothes, and on the beds. Again, the lobby workers did not seem phased by another mouse spotting. Gross hotel, however, the one positive was the classical music in the lobby.

Check before you book. This is not the best run place, I am sure it changes unpredictably
Alameda Plaza, then Ritz Carlton, then Fairmont, then Intercontinental.
very good breakfast. I remember a cold water lobster omelette that was delicious
It is assumed that an establishment such as this one wears something professional. Or at LEAST stylish. I see people in flip flops having drinks, so who knows anymore.
I would contact the hotel or there web site, but i bet that they do!
Yep
