There is often street parking available in the Crossroads District, which is just South of P&L. More spots are available on nights and weekends and the parking is free during these times.

Its not New York and LA but its as close as we have. I recommend a parking garage or getting there early.
If your driving a lifted or oversized vehicle clearance will be a problem. Most garages are around 7'6" maximum height. There is 1 garage w/ higher clearance, but I usually just park in a parking lot & pay the toll.

12th and walnut has a large garage. $5 iness there is an event at sprint. Google it fir directions.
We used one of the underground parking garages. The shops we went to validated our parking so it cost nothing.
