Can somebody tell me how they don’t have any beverages at 320am. Does that make any sense? Or does the person working not feel like cleaning the drink machine on her shift and is making excuses.... please, somebody answer this.

I don't buy drinks from fast food drive through as a rule. First most (including Jack n' the Box) don't carry what I drink, Caffeine Free Diet Coke, Diet 7up or Diet Ginger Ale. But all Fast-food drive through joints charge 3 or 4 times per ounce more than a carton of cans which is always available in my fridge.

They should have drinks available 24/7. They have two drinks machines! They should have at least offerred you a free drink when available or an alternate drnk for free at the time that you were there. That's why you went there, because they advertised that availability of priduct (24/7). Sounds like an excuse to me. Coporate would probably like to know that info. :)

The drink machine could have been in the proccess of being cleaned at the time you showed up. 3:20am sounds like the perfect time to clean it. Lol
