I was in the drive thru from 6:28pm and didn't receive my order until 7:32pm today. Cars were leaving. When you finally make it to the intercom to order, "Welcome to Wendy's I'll be right with you in a monent"....Their moment is 17 minutes. My burgers had no cheese on any of them and were cold. Ridiculous! Shut it Down. Hire more people and Train your staff. Will not be returning. The cold food not edible. Ending up ordering pizza. What a waste of my time and hard earned money.

This Wendy’s has had us in the drive thru for a stupid amount of time. Either they’re understaffed or just aren’t working. They lock the doors, so there is no dine in. You think that would help the drive thru, but it absolutely does not. I do not recommend this Wendy’s location to anyone!!

This is the worst Wendy's. They never have anything right. Sometimes their system is down. Sometimes they have no lids for their cups only the small size. The staff always seem to have an attitude like they don't wanna do their job. They are slow. Why do they even have it open then.

The man on the drive thru speaker was very short with us, so we came inside to order. We waited an absurd amount of time to get our food, at which point we hadn't received the entire meal that was ordered. Poor customer service. It is hotter inside there than outside in the Vegas heat. Extremely slow for the few people that had been in there to order their food. Our food was cold by the time we got it as well.
