Asked for frys to be really well done. When I got my food I took out a fry and they were cold and soggy. She when I told her she said they cooked them longer. And did I want them to put them back in. They had been sitting out for a while. Burrito was only half full and loosely rolled up it fell apart.. had to tear off half of the tortilla to get to the ingredients. This meal was disgusting. I worked at Del Taco as a teen and we had so much pride in what we made for our customers. I now live out of state. When I come back to CA I have always gone to places that I haven't been to in years. Most are gross and don't care about customer service anymore. In & Out is the only one that I can count on anymore. Del Taco was a real disappointment.

Late night around 10pm: I was told at the drive thru “only ace print delivery orders” I have never had this happen before.

The absolute worst Del Taco in the area. We walked inside to order and the cashier with purple hair came out from behind the counter saying "I thought these doors were locked?" as she was locking the doors. She made us feel as if we were a burden. We were told by another employee to not open the door to other potential patrons trying to open the locked doors. I will not be back. And I'm writing a letter to corporate office.

The worst del taco ever. They take your order then make you wait in the front. Every vehicle. It took 20 minutes for 3 chicken soft tacos and 2 bean and cheese burritos. The vehicle parked next to me ordered about 15 minutes after me and got their food at the same time. I asked for extra red sauce on my burritos and got none. I asks for lots of hot sauce and they didn't give my one packet

"The root, it seems, may lie deep within the human psyche. The majority of communication is non-verbal, composed of body language, eye contact, speech tone and language patterns. Without this information to help us process and categorize information, our minds are left to sort through the uncertain. And, thanks to a leftover prehistoric penchant for fight or flight, being unsure about another person's intent often creates a negative reaction to a perceived threat" Source: https://science.howstuffworks.com/life/inside-the-mind/human-brain/psychological-reason-mean-on-internet.htm
