You should contact the corporate office
Maybe they were understaffed due to call ins? Maybe they were training a bunch of new people? There are a lot of reasons why this could happen. Never eaten at this chillis but those are some of the issues you run into in the restaurant field. High turnover.
Food ok. Lighting burnt out. Needs a manager that will get maintenance done.
Sorry you had problems
I'd absolutely follow up with the general or district manager. I've been there many times and had good experiences. If this is a one off due to a couple bad apples, you have every right to let their leadership know.
