Poor customer service, placed an order in the store, was told it would be in the next day and I would get a call. Went into the store and they had no idea what they were doing and ended up entering that I picked up my entire order when it was just part of it. I Never got called, its now two weeks later and I have been calling to try to find the status of the rest of my order but all I get is a rude "Lowe's customer service please hold" then placed on hold for 20 minutes until it disconnects or I get transfered to a dept irrelevant to my issue and no one answers. 4 times in a row now. In fact I'm still on hold right now. What a terrible way to do business. Looks like it's Home Depot for me from now on.

Yes they cut larger sheets into smaller sections based on the measurements you provide.
No, not bulk or loose. It's normally sold in bags in 0.5 cu ft bags...drainage, marble, pea, river, pond are the choices. Also, you may check to see if they have broken or ripped bags at a discount.
If you bought an item that goes on sale a week or two later, it's at the discretion of the store but from my experience with lowes, I believe they would refund the difference. Since it's a storm door it might save you some trouble to call and speak with a manager before lugging the door back up to the store.
Lowes has that customer service button that you press. I like both stores but Home depot employees are friendlier when you can get a hold of one.
