Been there several times for a corporate account, I'm never put in a class we rent, always the intermediate (nissan versa) when we reserve standard (vw jetta). Not a fan of the smaller cars and even asked for something larger, but it never happens. I never have this issue at other locations. Car was also dirty with stains.

Went in for a last minute car rental for graduation weekend. Salma was able to find a vehicle for me and the service she provided was quick and thorough! I switched to enterprise rentals a couple years ago and have received nothing but top notch service ever since! Highly recommended!
