Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The host gave me my choice of seats, which was nice. I ordered a sunset lemonade, the sweet pineapple and sour lemon mixed nicely into a refreshing drink. I then ordered a smoke and pepper burger with garlic fries. The burger was thin and small, and they only put 8 fries on my plate. So before my first bite I was already regretting my decision. The burger was fine, the bacon was a bit limp but had good flavor. The fries were great, but it was difficult to get refills. Overall I don't think it was worth the $30 it ended up costing, I likely won't return to Red Robin unless by group consensus.

If I could give them a zero I would..after waiting 30 minutes we watched 3 different parties be seated before us that came in after us the hostess had no explanation as to why that had happened and we still had to wait an additional ten minutes to be seated. after we were seated the waitress came right out with our drinks. Then she disappeared for twenty minutes after we flagged her down we informed her that the iced teas weren't good at all and we just wanted to pay for the drinks and leave. She disappeared for another 7 minutes and never brought our ticket for the drinks. Finally fed up we walk to the hostess stand and try pay there and she to walks away. So we went to the bar to try and pay..the lady there was wonderful and rang us up for three drinks. An hour of wasted time and HORRIBLE service.. it will be a long time before we go back there.. so disappointed

Delicious as always! Though there was a crowd (it being a Friday and 6pm no surprise there) I was able to place my order online with no problems and the rest of my party place theirs inside at the 2Go counter with similar results. The only issue was that they ran out of fish but was able to offer other items for my party to choose from that they found just as delicious. Service was fast and the staff friendly and attentive. 10/10!

They may be known for their burgers, but they definitely know how to make a good chicken sandwich. Both the whiskey River BBQ and the California chicken were good. The onion rings were good and of course you can get endless fries and some drinks. Pleasant atmosphere and nice music playing in the background. Service was also good at lunch.
