Prices for efficiency downstairs
You have to contact them at least every few days they are very busy with not only Courtenay Palms, but take care of rentals for Baxley Manor, Country Club, and Merritt Island Garden Apartments. So if you can imagine all the applications they do in a week, you'd be understanding. I think it helps to check back in also because sometimes they might've had so much going on that your application just slipped through.
