I am in the process of selling my condo in Orlando and move to Merrit Island. My Mortgage along with the Assoc. fees are an amount I cannot afford. As soon as I sell and I apply, how long does it take to be aproved? What do I need to be approved?

Moving to courtenay palms is almost impossible. Its 825$ for upstairs and 850 downstairs at the garden center that they own, its amazing. I live there with my family. Stuff gets done and fast.
