Picked up my vehicle after a cruise and this company went through my things in my car and took out personal information from my glovebox in my car and I trusted this company to safely take care of my property that’s what I paid them for and that did not happen they even had the nerve to take a sealed Coke that was left in the car and open and drink it half way then put it back as if they did not they took keys out of my middle console. Be careful this was sketchy! We tried to call and report but they only let you leave messages so we decided to just never book this company again, be careful this was just absolutely crazy.

It was very disorganized. Getting into the location was a mess. Traffic jams and no clear direction as to where to go. We will not be using this lot ever again.

I just parked here this past month for a cruise. Paid for parking online but when I parked my Van, they said I had to Pay $50 more in cash. Plus, the girl behind counter very rude and inconsiderate. This being a family owned business, you think they would appreciate the business because there are so many places to park. We could have parked cheaper at the Port. I have parked here for many years and never felt ripped off or disrespected.

I don't believe they offer free parking but they do offer either a 5% discount for handicap or a 10% discount for military/veterans with proper i.d.

We paid $99 to park 1 vehicle for 8 days. Excellent tram service to/from ship.
You would have to call about that..never seen that over there but as I only go once a year..who knows what they do in the off season

Hey Dan definitely do the military and first-responder. Good place to park have used in each time I go out of Port Canaveral.
Less then a half hour from the time you pull into the parking lot until you are at the boat checking in. The lot runs efficiently to get you to the port
Head up north via a1a. Exit to terminal 1 port Canaveral. Plenty of parking in front of grills restaurant.
Always smart to reserve ahead. Very nice people.
Best is the website www.parkcruise.com. you will be able to get full price. If you are former military then use code veteran when prompted.
Look for "Parking Doctors" We've used them for the past 5 or years. Not fancy but efficient and easy to get to.
They offer free valet parking ...however, you do have the choice to self park if you want.
Valet if you want it. When you arrive they will unload your vehicle and park it. We paid the extra for valet and it was worth it. When we returned from our cruise they had my truck ready and loaded the luggage back in. You can alsi opt for a car cover but we declined it. Was a great place. Plan to use them again on our next cruise.
