Is there a park n cruise in Tampa

Look for "Parking Doctors" We've used them for the past 5 or years. Not fancy but efficient and easy to get to.

Unfortunately there is not.

I'm not familiar with Tampa

There is not. As a former resident of Indian Rocks Beach, I only used a private car for transportation to and from. They were great and very reasonable. They dropped off right at terminal and picked up at terminal.
