Had a good experience with thus parking facility. It was easy to access, busses were clean and air conditioned. Parking lot was decent and had decent parking spaces. Our driver on the way over Ms Penny was very personable. Our driver on the way back not so much, don't have her name as she never told us. She may not have been a driver from Port Canaveral Parking as bus we were told to get on was from another company.

Reservation was very easy. Place was easy to find and very clean. The shuttle took us to the port without any issues. Once we arrived back at the port the shuttle only too a couple of minutes to arrive. Overall excellent service for the price. Would definitely use them again the future. Highly recommended.

I just got back from my cruise and used this place two weeks ago. Parking spaces are NOT covered and there is no covered parking EXCEPT for some handicapped ones. The place is super nice and clean and easy to park/safe, would recommend and use again. :) can’t beat the price and there’s normally a coupon too! good luck!
Yes sir...there is a shuttle in our fleet that has a motorized lift.
