I just got back from my cruise and used this place two weeks ago. Parking spaces are NOT covered and there is no covered parking EXCEPT for some handicapped ones. The place is super nice and clean and easy to park/safe, would recommend and use again. :) can’t beat the price and there’s normally a coupon too! good luck!

No, the lot it’s not covered. we had two spaces because my husband was pulling a trailer with his motorcycle and our bikes. We did not have any problems .
No, there are a few covered but I’m not sure if you have to pay more for them… other than that the whole lot is open to the environments. Now I tell you, our car is pretty clean… I’m not sure if it was because of the time of the year but we got back with ants inside the car and one week after we are still dealing with it, they don’t bite… just a bigger version of sugar ants kind of thing… little annoying.
