Military ID or tour bus I think are the only options.
I’m not sure if a CAC card will get you a Kennedy Space Center badge. I’m pretty sure no unless you have a work order. I’ve “Badged In” there before. Being a veteran didn’t help me.

You will need a military ID to get on base most likely. Otherwise you will have to take a tour bus
