They're closed, they have without notice closed all doors. They refuse to give out medical records, refills, or any referrals. I've left a more detailed note under the review tab with my experience.

You can drop a request in writing through a slot in door if you need medical records or??. I was told by the Chiropractor in the building that 1 person was working there to handle this (By Law they have to handle the records appropriately). The office is being closed due to Michael winn early retirement you can go by the office after 11:00 just for refills only they do have a sign on the inside of the building the phones is not working and the fax is not working also
