New patient and had to wait about 3 weeks to be seen. Had an 11:30 appointment, arrived 15 minutes early to check in. I waited for 45 minutes and finally left. They called about 5 minutes later and said they were ready for me. After I told them I had other obligations there was no apology or attempt to reschedule just “okie dokie” then hung up.

I took my wife there today. It was our first time visit here. Honestly speaking We had a very good experience there. Everybody was very nice and helpful. Specifically I have no words to describe about Dr. Cecilia, in one word she is Wonderful. She really Care about her patients. She is so nice to her patients. Never seen a doctor like her before. Thank you so much Dr. Cecilia.

Dr Mitchell is a great Dr but your front desk workers need an attitude adjustment.

Call and give your information. New patient appointments are in September depending on what doctor you want?

Answer Yes their fees are very fair. If you don’t have insurance and will be a Self-Pay patient please let them know upfront so they know to help you. They will do what they can to assist you. The are some of the very Best Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners in the area/NC. They give back to their community in so many ways. They do a lot of volunteer medical services at public assistant clinics on their off times. Real down to earth people.
