Don’t you hate it when you love your doctor, but the staff that you have to go through to see them is disgustingly rude? I’ve been seen there for about 3 years now and half the front end needs to be fired and replaced. Honestly not sure why that hasn’t already happened!

Special thanks to Carolyn for helping me with my refill this morning! We are elderly and have been coming here for about a year and a half. Dr. Sangineni really cares for her patients. Her nurse and the office staff are very helpful as well. On top of this, they provide an excellent tele-health service and help you connect to it. There on call after hours physician was of great assistance when I had a very uncomfortable situation after / before business hours!

Avoid Med One on Owen Drive. I been at this place since I retired from the military, was a very good clinic but the last 8 years it's been awful. Never can get through if you call, if they return calls it's a week later. They do not put their patients priority as number one. They all seem to be there for a pay check. AVOID THEM!! I am currently changing my family Dr.
405 Owen's Drive has very good Dr. The upstairs is lab. Building next door has walk in. I would call to see if they take new clients. Still need to have mask at all medical facilities.
