I can’t comment on the care I might have received as scheduling completely dropped the ball in making my appointments. I had airfare purchased to fly from Wyoming to NJ to spend 2 weeks getting the 3 types of therapy the doctor ordered. Apparently there is no communication between the departments and the requested appointments were not made. They must not know where Wyoming is as they didn’t consider the distance I was traveling. Thankfully I did not make the trip.

Front desk lady “Serena” was very rude and passive aggressive. I didnt know my dad had visitors upstairs and it was my first time visiting so I wasnt aware theres only 2 passes per patient. I told her my mom said she had returned the passes the night prior. She told me “well are you the only people he knows?” And told me to call and find out if he had visitors as if thats not her job to call the room and find out. Im very grateful with the service they are providing for my dad but the front desk attitude is very disappointing.

This hospital is one of the best ones I have been to. Especially the third floor unit. Every single nurse staff, housing, LPN, Dr’s just everyone are so attentive, concerned, well mannered, and actually treat you like a human being. I want to thank everyone for there help in my journey in getting better with the MS!! I love this hospital 🏥 Great Job
