I had booked a party place with the expectation that the bus will arrive on time but they came 50 minutes late. Everytime I called they kept saying they are right nearby and dragged on. No truth ever told. Already they arrived late to add to the hardship they pulled over two times and shouted at the kids while I had some issues with zelle payment due to bank blocking it as a suspicious number. It was booked for 3 hours but they were available only for 2 hours roughly. When I asked for covering up the missed times they said yes. But as expected it was a lie. Unbelievably unprofessional .. not sure how they are in the business.. Only consolance is that the bus was nice and clean.

Absolutely horrible experience. Jon double booked us for the party bus and rolls Royce so he spent the day yelling at me to speed up even though we had him booked for more time than we even used. The rolls broke down on the way to the receptionist my wedding and we had to have our photographer pick us up on the side of the road. He didn’t even attempt to refund us any money for the disasters he caused and the party bus was dangerous and the door was held shut with bungee cords. Never use this service, you’d be better off using Uber.
