Very unpleasant people and worse customer service at the print shop and UPS Drop-Off. Employees act like as if they were saying "What do you want and why are you bothering us with your business?!" Could not find a ready order with name, last name, pickup person name, order phone number! Barely found my order with the order number that they did not want in the beginning although I offered.

I can see why this place is going down. Staff is rude as ever. Have no clue what is going on. Everyone who works there seems to be confused. If you need something done , don't worry BECAUSE it won't be on time AND THE will definitely hesitate to help you out THEY CANT GET INFORMATION OR FACTS STRAIGHT.Seriously! This place used to be the go to for projects and important business matters but you can't trust this place for NOTHING. And store including management is run by a bunch of children
