My family and I visited on Sunday 10/16/22. A family that was sitting across from us referred to my sons as animals. This all stemmed from my mother in law approaching them and asking if they can tell their 5 year old daughter to close her legs because her grandsons were sitting right there. The situation obviously escalated and eventually an apology was made. However, we went from one problem to the next. The manager Joe Marino, came over and in his words tried to deescalte the situation. He immediately walked over to the other family and poke with them very nicely. When he came to our table he immediately told by husband to sit down as if he was speaking to a child. Joe not once tried to understand the situation from our perspective but he his own idea of what happened. We eventually paid for our meal and left. On our was out, Joe followed us and continued to make the situation worst with his arrogance and smug facial expressions. He also threatened to call the police on us if we entered the facility again. We left McLoone’s having to explain to our black children what just transpired. Yes, the other family was white and so was Joe. We sent an email that night to the C.O.O. We received a response the following day and their HR representative pretty much stated that they were in full support of how Joe handled the situation. Not once did anyone call to speak with us to find out what truly transpired. The exact thing that Joe did, which was to show no care and concern for what truly happened, management also done. It showed us that Joe’s actions were a direct reflection of the entire establishment. We will never dine here again and we will spread the word.

Went here Saturday to celebrate Indigenous Persons Day with my Husband Ron His Cousin Yasmin and myself. Excellent Food We sat Outside it was Brisk We Saw Beautiful Water all Around Us. The Servers were Excellent along with the numerous Fireplaces 🔥Inside Open Plan. Great place for persons of all ages. Thanks Again Yasmin for the Invite We traveled 🧳 over 1 hour 27 minutes from Southern Jersey and would do it again. Next time we’re going next door 🚪 to Turtle Back Zoo
