No stars. They force you to give something but truly. No stars.None. My pharmacy and I have been trying to get a prescription refill for 2 weeks as of today. For over 2 weeks the mailboxes are full throughout the entire day and nobody picks up the phone when you call during business hours. The PHARMACIST has called and faxed and gets no response. THE PHARMACIST. For 2 weeks. What kind of dr office ignores a pharmacy? And 2 other things is you will schedule an appointment and wait for hours and of course they mess up your billing quite often. 2 seperate times I have recieved Bill's that I didn't pay and when I went into the office and asked I was told I had a credit. Now there is a sign on the door saying they reopen in june..but np omw answers the door and phone disconnected on 6.9.2022...never got my records nor a refill nor notification of anything

I have been going here for seven years and I am absolutely appalled at the complete lack of professionalism they have demonstrated lately. They informed no one that they would be shutting down or even called patients who had appointments scheduled. I had shown up for my appointment to find the door locked, however, I could still hear people inside. I had knocked, but no one came out to talk to me. Confused, I tried calling their number, only to find that they had disconnected their phone. I had to find out what happened through reviews on here! Now, I have to scramble to find a new doctor. Not only that, I have to explain to them why getting my medical records here might be very difficult because they have seemingly cut off all communication.

I've been going here for years, and never had any issues. Mike Winn is the best around, I miss the old staff, but still a great place 💯👍🏾 I haven't been able to reach the office so I went and the note on the door said it will reopen in June. Not sure what's going on, but I hope it does reopen

How can we find out what's going on? That's been my dr for what.11 or 12 years! What AM I SUPPOSE TO DO ABOUT MY MEDS? MY HUSBANDS MEDS. PLEASE IM PRAYING & I hope everyone is ok!! & I'm talking about the whole staff at the office! Because we know something's not right! Praying
I went by there today and it was closed, was suppose to reopen 9/7. The office across the hall said they have been gone for a week, my guess is another covid quarantine situation.
My speculation is that someone had covid and the entire staff had to quarantine. This is ONLY a guess, not based on any real facts. But it seems they could have left an outgoing message saying they were closed instead of just taking the phone off the hook and people having to drive there to see a hand written message on the door. Tomorrow, if they are open, will be slammed with everyone from last week.

About 4:30. They close at 5pm. They are also open on Saturday till 12:00
