Why don't you go they in person & get the answers you need
After many, many meetings with Ms. Staton, including diagnosing over a 3 day period, we were able to answer all questions about the mileage to her vehicle. It is functioning as designed. We have encouraged her to go to another Honda dealer for a second opinion and/or diagnosis if she remains dissatisfied with these findings. Until this happens, there is nothing more we can do. We wish her the best of luck with this and remain here to help with any other concerns.
