needed a extensive spray which would of been several times when I called to schedule an appt the operator that answered the phone had an attitude and I'm not the one so pump ur brakes chic so I called orkin and signed a year contract

Used the New Bern location for Ant Control inside a temporary rental house. The people were great but what they did only worked for a day or two. Then ants would be found inside again. The house is kept clean as I'm never there but anytime I check the counter or livingroom, theres ants. No matter what I do with the trashcan there's literally hundreds of ants coming in through the back door to it. I've had 2 back to back outdoor and indoor services and it hasn't worked. AND they are also not good at communicating appointments. They need to change up what they're using or how they're applying.
