KC and Luke are incredibly helpful!!! We we’re driving home from vacation and saw 2 puppies get dumped on the side of the road near Riverside. Unfortunately we had our own 2 dog aggressive dogs in the backseat so we couldn’t take them. KC and Luke did not hesitate to help us out and get the puppies somewhere safe and we are so grateful for them!!! We will definitely be going to Riverside to buy our first RV when we’re in the market in 2 years

Shop Riverside! I recently purchased my first travel trailer from here and had a great experience. KC was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me get a great deal on a beautiful trailer. I changed my mind a few times during the process, but each time I came in I was treated respectfully and professionally. The whole team I worked with - KC, Stephen, and Hannah - were exceptional. Would absolutely recommend Riverside to anyone looking to buy.

November 15, 2021 update! First off Tom the service manager and his mechanics are top notch. Tom goes out of his way to help and please the customers. But today the RV service center was relocated to a used car lot across the street with no indoor access or level ground to repair any kind of RVs. This company just keeps on giving the customers who spent good money to purchase an RV with no place for service. Who ever is in charge (owner) has no BUSINESS Sense to care for the needs of customers. He puts his car dealerships first and RV a sideline this place is a total joke. 5/2022 UPDATE The camping center service center is still at the old Auto barn Center making the best out of a rotten situation. We traded in our 2020 ASTORIA 36' 5th wheel after talking with Tom about being unhappy with it and he suggested looking at a 2020 MONTANA 41' 5th wheel that they just got in. Well we purchased it and Tom again is going beyond to take care of us doing all our upgrades and swapping all of our cameras and accessories over. Detailing the inside and out like a brand new unit. 8/2022 Well just when you thought things could get any worse it happens. Tom is no longer there, and 4 other techs have left too, they are down to 1 tech and 1 helper. First of from been a service manager and from my experience and seeing what went on here no wonder why Tom left. They hired him as a Service Manager then Demoted him to shop foremen and cut his wages. They demoted his son and cut his wages all because they listen to Steven Crook the sales manager who was jealous of Tom and wanted to run the whole RV center. Steven must have something on the General manager to listen to this IDIOT. I have bought my last RV here and Dealing at A & L RV center in Chocowinity NC where Tom is the new Service Manager. This place is a real RV service center with all the amenities and lots of units to choose from all the major manufactures.
