After many, many meetings with Ms. Staton, including diagnosing over a 3 day period, we were able to answer all questions about the mileage to her vehicle. It is functioning as designed. We have encouraged her to go to another Honda dealer for a second opinion and/or diagnosis if she remains dissatisfied with these findings. Until this happens, there is nothing more we can do. We wish her the best of luck with this and remain here to help with any other concerns.

I don't understand the question
I have had no problems with pecheles.
Ms. Staton, we do take your concerns seriously which is why we set a meeting with you to discuss them. You must recall that we met on June 6th to diagnose your vehicle for odometer functionality over a 3 day period and found that it is functioning properly. We had a technician physically drive your car, log the distance and we determined there is not a problem with the odometer and it is in fact recording the mileage correctly. The loaner that we provided you also logged almost 800 miles over this period. It is quite probable that you or possibly someone else are logging more miles than you think. There are phone apps that you could download to your phone that may help you track your miles. One that comes to mind is MileIQ. Let us know if this gives you any further insight. Thank you.
