There is also an establishment called Happy Jack, Inc. (2122 U.S. 258 South, Snow Hill, NC 28580). A reliable source tells me that they provide discount certificates. But I'm not sure what the process is to obtain one.

If you catch them in feral cat cages.. one per cage. It's only 40 per cat
